DESCRIPTION

Workplace disputes are inevitable.  All too often, they lower productivity, drain morale and create a stressful work environment.  Should you confront the situation or let it go?  Are you concerned that if you take action you might make the situation worse?  Is your organization “conflict competent” and can it support you in resolving workplace conflict effectively?

Are you able to handle workplace disputes correctly?  Or will you allow them to escalate to litigation and cost your organization valuable time and resources?

Can you minimize conflict between coworkers and create a more productive work environment? In light of recent events of workplace conflict, these issues are more relevant than ever to maintain productivity, morale and protect your organization from legal and reputational risk.

Alex Yaroslavsky, a professional mediator and executive coach, will show how you can use mediation and other conflict resolution techniques to effectively handle disputes in your organization and avoid litigation.
