Description

HR analytics is the process of creating metrics, obtaining relevant data, and analyzing data to describe and predict human capital information.  This is often referred to as big data. HR metrics are the guide to determine what data can be used to quantify the cost and the impact of talent management programs.  These data analysis results will inform HR process optimization and maximize the success of HR initiatives.

EXCEL is a great tool for turning complex information into more simple snapshots to inform your stakeholders, as well as organize your data. This course is meant for HR professionals who want to gain skillsets necessary to work with functions and lists, analyze data, and use PivotTables and PivotCharts.

Upon course completion you will be able to create advanced workbooks and worksheets that provide a more in-depth understanding of organizational intelligence. The end goal of this course is for attendees of this webinar to be able to analyze massive amounts of data, extract actionable information from it, and present that information to decision makers at a high level.
