Though health experts tell us that while COVID-19 remains a serious concern, we are beginning to turn the corner. Employers are preparing for the challenges ahead and their employees are looking forward to a return to work. There is a good deal of uncertainty, however, concerning what the “new normal” will look like for businesses and employees.
