DescriptionEver have an employee fake an illness at work? Gone every Friday and Monday during the summer? Avoiding reviews? Supposedly sick at home but you hear stories about them being out and about? Everybody's got at least one of these malingerers. Disciplining employees for faking sick leave can be extremely challenging, especially with all of the leave laws that can trip an employer up and result in some really serious legal trouble. You need to know how you can legally discipline, including terminate, an employee who abuses your sick leave policy and what you cannot do to that employee.
Human resource managers and in-house attorneys will benefit from this informative webinar.
