DescriptionIn this 90-minute webinar, immigration attorney Bruce Buchanan, co-author of the newly released I-9 and E-Verify Handbook, and a blogger at www.employerimmigration.com, will discuss the numerous immigrant and non-immigrant visas that are available when sponsored by an employer. First, we will discuss the difference between non-immigrant visas and immigrant visas. Second, Mr. Buchanan will discuss the types of employment-based immigrant visas with the exception of EB-5. FacultyBruce E. Buchanan is a founding partner of Sebelist Buchanan Law with offices in Nashville and Atlanta.
