The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 was passed on March 2010. There are many changes to payroll reporting starting in 2010 and a number of things you have to get prepared for starting in January 2011.

This teleconference will assist you in identifying which of the provisions of the Act affect the employee population so you can begin preparing for the information gathering and reporting requirements that are imposed by the Act. The majority of the provisions have applicable penalties for any employer that does not comply with the reporting requirements. The penalties associated with each item will also be addressed.
