As social distancing and lobby traffic coming to a halt, even if temporarily, being able to offer your merchants and customers the option of “remote banking” through remote merchant capture (RDC) and mobile deposit capture (mRDC) can help keep business going. Some of you may have been offering these products for a while now, others may just be beginning to implement the service. If already offer RDC and/or mRDC, now is the time to review your program and determine: Do we need to enhance our program to ensure we have effectively addressed all the key elements? Should we enhance our RDC Agreement, our Suitability Analysis, Risk Assessment process, and the Customer's Self-Assessment Questionnaire since onsite visits are currently a no go. Do you understand how these documents support your overall risk management program and information security? Maybe you are just now rolling out RDC and/or mRDC and aren’t sure where to begin or what processes you need to have in place. Either way, this webinar will help you answer those questions and help ensure you roll out an effective and regulatory compliant program.

Join us as we outline the detailed information you should consider adding to your documents and processes to support a thorough due diligence, risk assessment, and annual oversight of your customers. The information provided includes and supports your ongoing risk management of Remote Deposit Capture to mitigate the institution's risk pursuant to the "FFIEC Risk Management of Remote Deposit Capture". In addition, we will discuss ideas and considerations, if you are offering, or planning on implementing, Mobile Deposit Capture (mRDC).
