Mike Purchia is Managing Director of Paramount Partners’ Financial Institutions Group. He provides strategic retail delivery and business banking planning services to community, national and regional banks. Mike’s banking expertise turns mergers, consolidations, expansions and regulatory actions into successful reality-based implementation programs. Over the course of his career, he has provided board-level strategic planning, profit improvement, merger and acquisition and real estate advisory programs to hundreds of financial institutions.

Prior to joining Paramount, Mike was an executive at Chase Bank where he led commercial lending groups in the U.S. and Brazil, S&L recovery programs in the Southwest, and developed and introduced company-wide risk management programs. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to banking journals.

Richard Pilla is a Principal of Paramount Partners. He specializes in the retail and banking real estate sectors. Richard is a member of Retail Brokers Network’s (RBN) Executive Committee and Co-chairman of RBN’s Financial Institutions Specialty Council. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of numerous state Bankers Associations.

Richard’s areas of expertise include tenant representation and site selection, property assemblage and dispositions, single-tenant / bank branch investment sales, and development consulting.

He has successfully completed hundreds of assignments for regional and national retailers, educational institutions, entrepreneurial investors, merchant developers, and financial institutions. Richard has completed transactions in a multitude of venues from urban storefronts to regional power centers.
