William K. Principe,(Bill) specializes in occupational safety and health regulatory issues with the Atlanta-based labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP. He works with companies on compliance with both federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and state safety and health regulations, and frequently conducts recordkeeping training sessions.

He came to the firm, where he is now a managing partner, in 1980, after working as an attorney at the Occupational Safety and Health Commission in Washington, D.C.
